I have helped to empower people to improve their lives for over 20 years. I initially began working with people in the fitness field and felt led to focus more on mental health. I have experience working with addiction, anxiety, depression, and trauma at residential, partial hospital, and outpatient levels of care.
I enjoy working with adults and teens who experience anxiety, are working through life transitions, women's health issues, trauma, stress, and self-confidence issues. As a fitness professional and a comprehensively trained Pilates instructor, I can also incorporate movement such as walking and equipment Pilates to enhance the mind/body connection.
