After being a therapist for over 20 years, I have learned that each person is unique. After years of experience and healing my own wounds, I have found that talk therapy alone may not suffice. That is why I specialize IFS and EMDR.
I specialize in treating individuals who have experienced trauma in their lives. I have received extensive training in trauma informed approaches including somatic experiencing, EMDR, IFS, expressive arts therapy and depth hypnosis. I work slowly with individuals to establish stability and then work towards erasing traumatic wounds.
I have an eclectic approach that integrates here and now problem solving with more in depth self exploration. I have been able to incorporate different approaches to meet your specific needs. I have many years of experience and am able to utilize this knowledge to make real effective change.
