My primary focus of therapy is help foster a safe, secure environment where you the client can verbalize your feelings, vent your fears and frustrations, and strive to achieve your goals which will lead to your personal success and well being. While we can not change our past nor can we guarantee our future we can and must live with the present and make life the best it can possibly be. You are the captain of your ship.
My practice is split between children 10 yrs /old up to adults 70 yrs/old You are encouraged to be open to your feelings and know that you will be safe with your expression.
