I specialize in those struggling with trauma, substance abuse, dual diagnosis, anger, anxiety and depression. I provide Individual therapy for adults & teens. Couples and Family therapy to build open communication. We'll gently work through the pain to experience a release towards coping with your life's deepest wounds. I incorporate several evidenced based modalities particularly EMDR therapy to provide change in reducing symptoms
