I have over 20 years of experience working in high schools, colleges, and outplacement settings providing career and educational coaching. I work with teens, college students and adults working toward career and educational goals, striving to improve communication and navigate systems more effectively. Following are just a few of the areas where I can provide coaching and support: navigating special education meetings with school districts and obtaining accommodations in higher education, preparing for and making college-related decisions, pursuing gainful employment, parenting, & managing stress.
I can offer guidance in finding and sorting through options and alternatives, provide a safe place to vent and process emotions, and teach networking and effective communication skills. Developing new strategies for coping and communicating can transform the way you function in your life.
