For the past 15 years I have practiced in a rural community and my experience includes a wide range of ages and problem types. I’m generally comfortable with whatever challenge I'm presented. My passion is helping adults recover from painful pasts and to sort through relationships, values, and goals to find meaning and strength.
I want to be a calm presence and source of hope while you sort through your past challenges, future worries and present moments to get to where you want to be.
