For the past 20 years, I have had the privilege of working with tweens, teens, and adults across a variety of settings, including residential treatment, schools, and outpatient care. I have extensive experience supporting clients through mood disorders, ADHD, PTSD, family conflict, loss, and many of the complex emotional challenges that arise during adolescence and adulthood.
I am trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and have provided DBT skills training both individually and in group settings. I believe DBT offers powerful tools for emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindful living—and it remains a core component of my therapeutic work. At the same time, I know therapy is not one-size-fits-all.
My specialty is working with adolescents and families. The teen years can be uniquely challenging—for the young person navigating independence and for the parents trying to guide and support them through it.
