Sometimes we just need an ear, a shoulder, or someone to hold up the proverbial roadmap and walk alongside us to keep it moving forward. As a former Family Practice PA, I’m a skilled listener who follows your lead or helps you find your path. I use trauma-informed approaches including Trauma Focused-CBT, Schema Therapy, ACT, EMDR, and somatic methods to support healing, insight, and change.
