Groups
Brain-Wise Parenting Group
This is a group for parents who are interested in learning about parenting practices that are informed by research about development, the brain and relationships; and how and why understanding ourselves matters when it comes to raising children! Each group will include a short, focused presentation about a topic, followed by an opportunity for parents to ask specific questions.

Focusing for Therapists (FOT)
Focusing is a practice that was developed by Eugene Gendlin and is considered one of the first somatic approaches in therapy. Therapists can integrate focusing into almost any approach in therapy and likewise will find it to be a nourishing and restorative practice in their own lives. These groups are time limited and held several times a year. Please contact me personally for more information.
Brain-Wise Supervision for Therapists
This is a supervision group for therapists who are interested in amplifying their understanding about Brain-Wise Practices in therapy. Much of what is presented and discussed will be informed by the field of Interpersonal Neurobiology. This is not a theory, but a perspective that brings together consilient findings from a wide range of disciplines to understand: what grows well being; what disrupts well being; and what repairs disrupted well being. How theories link with this perspective will be discussed.
