Often times, we need an individualized safe and caring environment to share our deepest thoughts, feelings, fears, concerns, vulnerabilities, past and present experiences and hopes for the future in order to make changes, learn to be and accept ourselves as we truly want to be.
As a mental health therapist for the past 30 years, I have had the privilege of creating and sharing that safe and caring environment with some of the bravest, most courageous and resilient people I could ever hope to encounter.
