Our therapeutic experience will be a more interactive one. Whether you want to chat about current stressors, or have made the decision to work seriously on long-term goals for personal improvement in your emotional life, we will work together to determine where best to begin. In addition to working with clients around traditional counseling concerns such as depression, grief, loss, anxiety, stress, and addiction, I also focus on other challenges clients face.
These are- Post Traumatic Stress Disorder resulting from, extreme emotional, physical or sexual abuse, incest, military and other tragic experiences. I specifically work with women, and their partners, who are dealing with Peri and Postpartum depression while transitioning through pregnancy, birth, nursing and later onset depression.
I also work with couples regarding marital concerns and parenting challenges.
