Taking new clients! Do you feel stuck, anxious and depressed and wonder what is wrong with you? Personal crisis, work burnout, the loss of a loved one, and stressful situations like those of 2020 make life even harder. Just deciding to change, talking yourself through it or “pulling yourself up by the bootstraps” doesn't always work. Sometimes your pain is deep and rooted in the past. Maybe it’s not clear to you and held in your subconscious. That is often a normal outcome when we don’t get the support we need in our time of struggle. I am here to help and look forward to meeting you
I get it. I’m here for you. By using EMDR, Hypnosis, Mindfulness, CBT, and some DBT I strive to get you back on track quickly. I provide a very caring, collaborative, and non-judgmental approach. You have to feel safe to work through and heal from trauma, grief and the sometimes limiting feelings and beliefs that pain can leave behind.
I work with people ages 12 (must want therapy) through adulthood who have depression, anxiety, stress, PTSD, trauma (both emotional trauma and experiential trauma), acute grief, life transitions, and those who are motivated for change but feel stuck. I work Wed-Fri from 11-6:30 and can see telehealth people in Idaho. Please e-mail or text to see availability

This is a 3 session group that targets weight loss through hypnosis. The perfect person for this group: Is 30 lbs. or more overweight Does not want to take drugs or shots to lose weight Wants their control over food back Has slipped with eating habits Wants support from others who understand. The first group will teach how hypnosis works and teaches self-hypnosis The second group will use hypnosis to decrease cravings for sugar and salty snacks The third group will help eliminate boredom eating and work on portion control

The perfect person for this group: Wants to quit smoking but has difficulties maintaining being a non-smoker/vaper Doesn't want to take drugs or medication to quit. Is tired of the control cigarettes/vaping have in their life. Has had a lot of withdrawals, Has friends/family who smoke and won't quit, People Who Should Not Be In This Group If you started vaping with a parent, sibling, or good friend who has passed on,If you have been diagnosed with paranoia or a paranoid personality disorder this wouldn't be a good fit for you
