It can seem impossible to deal with these life stressors and escape from the overwhelming feelings that accompany them. I utilize theoretical approaches such as Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and self-compassion to build a road map of how to help you make desired goals. My background includes working at a mental health center, private practice, and for non-profits.
