Symptoms of anxiety, depression, and post trauma can be reduced while developing positive coping skills. Individual and family sessions are helpful in moving forward in relationships and life's struggles. No problem is too small, or too large, to bring to the table.
In addition to sharing and discussing issues, you will leave sessions with strategies that can be used right away and practiced between sessions. These skills will help you cope with distress and communicate with those who are important to you. Debriefing situations that arise since previous session can provide helpful insight for the future.
