We all need someone to discuss, process and problem solve life's many challenges. I have 32 years experience supporting and caring for clients of all ages who face various difficulties. I will partner with you to explore our work together and create a plan to best assist you in working toward your goals. Anxiety, depression, and post trauma symptoms can be reduced while developing positive coping skills. Individual and family sessions are helpful in moving forward in relationships and life's struggles. No problem is too small, or too large, to bring to the table.
In addition to sharing and discussing issues, you will leave sessions with strategies that can be used right away and practiced between sessions. These skills will help you cope with distress and communicate with those who are important to you. Debriefing situations that arise since previous session can provide helpful insight for the future.
Your confidentiality and trust is of utmost importance to me. I welcome you to contact me for a complimentary, no obligation phone or video session so you can explore your comfort with my style for you and your family.
