I have 5 years of experience, including in-home, school-based & outpatient therapy. I integrate music therapy, mindfulness, DBT, IFS/parts work, narrative therapy and work with individuals experiencing PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD & relationship issues. My approach emphasizes self-love, compassion, and social justice. I am passionate about helping clients connect with their most authentic selves in a safe, affirming, and creative space.
I aim to help clients gain self-awareness, self-compassion, and insight into their emotions. I create a safe, inclusive space using music and talk therapy. Techniques include singing, listening, improvisation, songwriting, playlists, and guided imagery to support expression, regulation, and living an authentic life.
