There often comes a time when one must reach outside their immediate network of support and identify a helping professional who is skilled in supporting individuals, and helping them to move toward healing. I aim to support children, adolescents, and adults in regaining their equilibrium by applying psychotherapy via evidenced based interventions. Through treatment my clients gain greater self-acceptance, empathy for themselves & others, and unearth inner strength to tackle life's difficulties successfully.
I hold a Master of Science in Social Administration from the Mandel School at Case Western. The evidenced based practices that I am most skilled in applying are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and components of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I also utilize sand tray therapy as well as artful interventions.
I place an emphasis on relationship building and maintenance as relationship is a key factor in the therapeutic trajectory. Services are provided in a welcoming and calming space. Please feel free contact to me via phone or email to learn more or schedule an appointment.
