Hi, I'm Deborah Hart! I've worked in the mental health field as a Psychotherapist and Substance Abuse Specialist for over 14 years. As a part of the Insightful Paths Team, my goal is to provide a safe,

My experience in the field of mental health and substance abuse providing individual and group therapy sessions has made me a well-rounded therapist.
My style is guided by training in cognitive behavioral therapy, motivation interviewing, mindfulness, and attachment theories. I work with adults through late adulthood with a with a range of diagnosis including depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, relationship issues and addiction and feel person-centered therapy is key.
