As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I specialize in working with children, adolescents, & adults who are navigating these challenges. My goal is to provide a supportive space where individuals can feel seen, heard, & understood while developing the tools to move forward with confidence & clarity. In sessions, the focus is on creating a safe, supportive space where you feel seen and understood. Together, we explore emotions, build coping skills, & foster personal growth.
