About
I create a safe space wherein you can explore and heal personal struggles, depression, anxiety, troubled relationships, attatchment injury, parenting struggles, and much more. A space that is free of judgement, where issues of trust and feelings of worthlessness can be explored, and vulnerabilities shared without fear of being shamed or rejected. Your hope and longing for peace of mind and the capacity for rational, sustainable loving relationships are achievable. I have extensive professional experience treating individual, adults, adolescents and children, as well as couples and families. Know the choice is yours.
I also offer Circle of Security and the Positive Parenting Program. Both serve to support parents who may be struggling with various parenting issues with their children of all ages and strengthen positive healthy communication resulting in closer more fulfilling relationships as a whole. We are all shaped and misshaped by our own parents/cargivers.
We all have the potentional to be more beautiful for having been broken.
