I help clients make sense of their internal dynamics, nervous system states, and patterns of relating in order to access a more grounded, connected, and self-led life.

I help adults working through trauma, childhood attachment wounds, mood dysregulation, grief, and relationship issues. Using EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic mindfulness, we explore how your mind and body hold the stress of past experiences so you can shift long-standing patterns and build greater awareness, self-compassion, and regulation.

My style is creative, open-minded, neuro-affirming, and compassionate. We move at the pace of trust so that all parts of you have a place to be witnessed and understood.
