We will work together to help you improve your self esteem, and make healthy choices. We will identify your strengths and learn how to use them to help you handle whatever the world throws your way. We will also use a variety of holistic interventions like meditation, mindfulness and creative arts therapies to help you gain insight and find perspective. You have choices. My goal is to help you find peace of mind. For your convenience I am now accepting Clients on Saturdays and Sundays.
I am licensed, registered and nationally board certified Art Therapist and Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor with over 20 years of experience in Behavioral Health and the treatment of depression, anxiety, trauma and addictions. I use a variety of evidence based therapies to help you overcome your challenges.
I accept Cigna and some out of network insurances. For your convenience I can offer sliding scale rates based on your income and situation.
