Unfortunately I am not taking new clients at this time. I specialize in building strong, vibrant, supportive relationships. Everything I do begins with providing a safe and caring space where you feel open and entirely welcome. I aim to help you feel better from our first session, encouraged that you can achieve lasting change, utilizing your struggles as opportunities to grow and transform. I begin with the attachment premise that we are relational beings and need one another.
Together we build on your strengths incorporating psycho-education so you become your own healer. I integrate cognitive, behavioral, and somatic (body centered) therapies, mindfulness, depth therapies and EMDR.
I help individuals and couples resolve trauma, heal from past hurts and learn regulation and relationship skills so you can experience more connection, authenticity and pleasure. As your counselor, it would be my greatest honor to help you experience the resilience, love and joy you deserve.
