As someone with a PhD in clinical social work, I am passionate helping clients to tackle depression, anxiety, and other struggles. I have been trained in motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and other evidence-supported behavioral therapies that benefit adults of all ages. I am also credentialed in Mindfulness-based therapies.
As someone who has experienced depression and anxiety, I understand the experience of living with these disorders and the varied paths one can take to restore one's quality of life.
