About
I have over twenty years of experience working with relationship problems, anxiety and depression. I focus my treatment plan on your needs and goals to help you achieve your desired results. I create a warm and inviting environment where you can confide personal issues with absolute trust.. I appreciate how difficult it can be to confide in health professionals. I try to work in an collaborative manner to help clients overcome internal obstacles and make use of opportunities. I understand the demands of today's world, its constant stressors, and the loneliness that can result from living in our world.
I have seven years of doctoral training and nine years of post doctoral training.
My practice is largely based on referrals from satisfied clients. I supervise doctoral students and psychiatric residents. I teach and present locally and at national meetings; and am Adjunct Faculty at St. John Hospital, Lecturer at Michigan Psychoanalytic Institute, Clinical Faculty at Wayne State - Medical School and Clinical supervisor at the University of Detroit Mercy.
