My specialty is Christian counseling. I work with couples, families and individual. I prefer to work with adults. I use tools such as CBT, Mindfulness, solution focused brief therapy, ACT and other eclectic tools that fit the clients style of learning. I do assessments for clients looking for a diagnosis.
