Often the people who come to see me are seeking something something different. Many have tried more traditional forms of therapy, and haven't felt the kind of relief or transformation that they had hoped. Many have a spiritual side and seek to learn more about who they really are, and work toward their highest and most authentic sense of self and full potential. This work involves a search for meaning and integration that often isn't found in modalities that do not integrate mind, body and spirit. As Carl Jung said, "Who looks outside dreams. Who looks inside awakens."
Specializing in Integrative Mental Health since 1996, I incorporate Eastern philosophy with the challenges of Western living to create a forum for my clients to address their fullest expression of mind, body, and spirit. Through the integration of psychotherapy with Yoga Therapy, I am able to co-create individual, meaningful treatment plans.
