I am an integrative, holistic mind-body-spirit psychotherapist. I specialize in treating anxiety and panic attacks, phobias, PTSD, eating disorders, trauma recovery, sexual abuse recovery, OCD, depression, and couples therapy, I offer therapy groups, including: (1) Self-Discovery: Transforming the Shadow Within (2) Groups for those struggling with leaving spiritual organizations or having left, due to maltreatment.
I provide a variety of experiential techniques, including EMDR, guided visualization, Somatic Experiencing, hypnotherapy, Brainspotting, mindfulness practices and spiritual processes to guide you back to your intuitive knowing and soul-wisdom.I have extensive experience in couples therapy and pre-marital counseling. This almost free group is for people who want to participate in a local spiritual community of soul-connected people who desire to transcend their egos and wake up to their connection/oneness with Spirit and with all that exists. Group includes meditation, processing techniques for transcending pattern of beliefs and behaviors that keep us unhappy and feeling stuck.
