Deborah Dyer, LPC. I partner with clients as individuals to navigate life’s challenges and to empower each person to reach one’s therapeutic goals. My focus areas are anxiety, depression, grief, stress relief, coaching, and parenting support. I utilize the following approaches: CBT, Person-Centered, Solution-Focused, Holistic, Strength-Based, Mindfulness and Relaxation Techniques based on clients’ therapeutic needs and preferences.
I typically work with clients aged 18-80 years. Anxiety and depression are the most common conditions bringing individuals into therapy. I am most comfortable working with clients who are seeking non-judgmental support, strength-based solutions, and a holistic approach to improve quality of life and achieve both personal and treatment goals.
