I provide a non-judgmental, grounded space for individuals who feel they have "tried everything." My approach is unique: I am a lifetime certified 1st-12th grade art teacher with lived ADHD experience. I understand that words aren't always enough and that the world isn't built for neurodivergent brains. By integrating optional art tools with CBT and DBT, we can explore your emotions and help you think outside the box in a way that feels natural.
