I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families experiencing unexpected challenges, trauma, life transitions, complex relationship and family dynamic issues. I'm passionate about the possibility of meaningful change, because I've been on the other side. That's why I strive to help others find hope through the storm, freedom from the obstacles they face to realize healing, restore relationships and experience abundant living.
It is my goal to provide a compassionate, sacred space while honoring the uniqueness of your story. My approach is holistic, systemic, and collaborative, drawing from evidence-based, trauma-informed principles. I am trained in EMDR. In process: Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy through Fuller Theological Seminary.
