About
Are daily activities becoming more and more challenging? Are your personal and professional relationships suffering because of your relationship with alcohol, drugs or perhaps past traumas? If so, you are not alone, getting the right non-judgemental support and skills to help manage these challanges is the beginning of creating a healthier life. I have been supporting individuals, families and couples to achieve maximum health and to achieve their goals realted to sobriety, substance dependence for over 24 years and am confident that I will be able to support you as well.
I worked for 17 years in a NYC Hospital in there mental health, substance abuse and psychiatric emergency department where I guided patients through there recovery treatment. I was also privileged to be a Field Advisor to Columbia University graduate students. I taught that with kindness, understanding and compassion true healing can begin.
I work with individual, couples and families doing supportive psychotherapy using a very non-judgmental, pragmatic, concrete and realistic approach. Allow me to support you on your journey for a stronger, healthier and ultimately happier you.
