The focus is on the uniqueness of the one and only YOU and issues you struggle with. My role is to unlock obstacles that have prevented you from feeling fulfilled and living the life you want. Together we will focus on your circumstances and see if there are new perspectives to problems you are experiencing.
While I recognize the importance of my extensive training and 30+ years of experience, I am equally aware of the importance of understanding your personal experience in an empathic and non-judgmental way. It is a human need to be truly heard and “seen” so that you can hear and see yourself. This process can promote lasting change and feelings of empowerment
I will encourage you, at your own pace, to understand how your past affects your present and how you may be repeating negative relationships unknowingly.
