As humans, we are frequently challenged with the need to adjust-- to unforeseen changes and transitions, to loss, to injury and illness, or to the pressures of everyday life. And sometimes adjustment is needed in relation to an event or process of our own choosing (divorce, elective surgery, spiritual quest). For individuals who wish to deepen their understanding of themselves and their circumstances, or for those struggling with specific challenges, my commitment is to come alongside and help you cope, gain insight, problem-solve, heal, and adjust such that life can be lived as fully and genuinely as possible.

My work is deeply grounded in the principles of Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB), wherein personal development and functioning is viewed as the relationship between body, mind and relationships. At its essence, this approach helps you discover more joy and meaning in your life through personal integration and connection with others.
Assessment is beneficial in providing a more complete picture of your unique strengths and challenges. I provide Neuropsychological Evaluation for conditions of the brain (e.g. normal aging, TBI, ADHD, dementias...), as well as Psychological Assessment to determine I.Q., personality, surgical readiness, personal insight, and fitness for duty.
