I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Palo Alto Therapy’s Clinical Director, and I work with children, teens and young adults to feel more in control of their lives. I am a certified SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions) therapy provider, and have strong clinical skills to help with anxiety, OCD, family conflict, depression, ADHD and self-esteem issues.
My training includes certification as a SPACE provider from Yale University Child Study Center, Intensive Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) & TEAM therapy training by David Burns, M.D., trauma-focused CBT, child centered and prescriptive play therapy, Beck Institute CBT training in anxiety and depression.
I received my Master’s Degree from Columbia University (summa cum laude) and have continually pursued training to provide my clients with the highest level of care.
