I offer empathy and support in this process of developing your strengths. I have helped people attain the relationships they desired, achieve job satisfaction, and feel confident about their bodies and their lives. I have also helped many people successfully navigate through familial concerns, life transitions, identity issues, sexuality issues, depression, anxiety and eating disorders.

I work with couples using the Developmental Model to improve communication and understanding between partners by teaching new skills and increasing self-awareness.
