I specialize in recovery from all types of abuse, addictions and trauma and can provide a safe space for you to navigate major life changes and transitions. I have worked with military families for 10 years and am familiar with many of the stressors involved in that lifestyle. I also specialize in working with teens and young adults and parents of teens.
