I am a trauma-informed, trauma focused therapist experienced in recovery from all types of abuse, addictions and trauma. Rather than focus on a diagnosis that leaves you stuck, I focus on how you got here and how you can move towards wellness. I also have over 10 years experience helping military families move through the challenges they face.
