I am interested in uncovering the patterns in your life, helping you develop a deeper awareness of who you are, and working with you to become more effective and create a meaningful life that brings you happiness. I specialize with PTSD, complex PTSD, DID, BPD, NPD, and bipolar. I also offer Deep Brain Reorienting & EMDR.
I specialize in -borderline, narcissistic or OC personality disorders -dissociative disorders -trauma/abuse histories -dissociative disorders -bipolar disorder -self-harming/suicidality -loss of a loved one to suicide -unsuccessful or harmful previous therapy
I integrate several therapy methods to include self-connection therapy, interpersonal, depth, systemic, IPSRT, and CBT. Specialized techniques include DBR, EMDR and hypnotherapy.
