I am an EMDR Certified Therapist and utilize other effective therapeutic approaches that will assist you in living the life you imagine for yourself. Therapy sessions are an effective way to address addiction, trauma, mental health and life issues.
I have worked in the addiction and mental health fields for over 30 years and am an effective and compassionate therapist who is EMDR Certified and a Lyme Literate Psychotherapist. A FREE, monthly, Zoom Support group is offered for individuals diagnosed with Lyme’s Disease and Co-Infections. The 1 1/2 hour group is open to people currently in treatment for the disease and/or in remission. Group facilitator is Deborah Bressler who is a Psychotherapist, Addictions Counselor and a Life Coach in Montana and has first hand knowledge of the Lyme Recovery Journey.
