I help adult women who feel overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, grieving, or affected by past experiences, and who want more clarity and ease in their lives. Many of the women I support are motivated for change but want therapy that feels safe, straightforward, and respectful of their pace.
I am licensed in Arizona and New Hampshire and bring over 30 years of experience working with women through a wide range of life challenges. My style is interactive and direct, grounded in compassion. Clients often share that they feel comfortable and supported in sessions, while also feeling gently encouraged to move toward their goals.
In our work together, I focus on creating a judgment free space built on trust and mutual respect. I place a strong value on truly listening and being present with your experience, and I tailor sessions to your individual needs. When appropriate, I incorporate humor and practical tools to support meaningful change without pressure.
