With personal and professional experience of transforming through life's challenges, I offer guidance in this process. I work primarily with individual adults seeking in-depth self-understanding. I assist in working through experiences of depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, loss, grief, and life change. As part of this work, I also serve as a guide in exploring creativity, wholeness, spirituality, healing, and life-meaning.
I offer compassionate counseling and psychotherapy from a Jungian depth-oriented understanding, working with emotions, imagination, dreams, somatic awareness, and symbolic exploration. This work supports individuating movement toward a deeper self-understanding, and an awareness of both conscious and unconscious processes, with movement into new possibility.
