My task is to work with you to change negative beliefs and behaviors that are preventing you from enjoying a life of personal satisfaction and fulfillment.
I provide individual and couples therapy to adults and adolescents. I use an integrative approach with cognitive behavioral components. I work with adjustment disorders, anxiety, affective disorders, OCD, ADHD, chronic illness, chronic mental illness, grief and loss, trauma, eating disorders, addiction, gay/lesbian issues, HIV.
