I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced all types of trauma, including complex, developmental, relational, and single-incident trauma. My approach is trauma-informed, client-centered, and grounded in compassion and safety. I help clients process the impact of trauma on the mind and body, build emotional regulation skills, and reconnect
