Welcome to my practice! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT 118472) and a Licensed Educational Psychologist (LEP 3619) located in the East Bay Area of California. As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I have a breadth of experience working with adults, couples, adolescents, and children. Additionally, as a licensed educational therapist, I am here to help if you or your child is having difficulty in school or at work. I provide quality psychoeducational evaluations, advocacy for 504 accommodations and IEPs, and consultations for families and districts.
As an LMFT, I specialize in treating adults and adolescents who have faced trauma and/or have struggled with anxiety and depression, ADHD, substance use, and/or chronic illness including end-of-life. As an LEP, I have expertise in identifying clients with learning disabilities, processing disorders, and social-emotional and behavioral disorders.
With over 25 years of experience as an educational psychologist in schools and clinics with children, adolescents, and adults, my role is to help clients fully understand the implications of relevant brain-behavior relationships that we uncover and to develop and implement strategies and tools that help.
