I'm a Certified Tibetan 5 Element Practitioner, Certified Diplomate in Sexology , Tantra Certified Sexologist, and have a 2 year Certificate in Sex Therapy. I was introduced to Tantra in a training for therapists 10 years ago, and am delighted to finally be able to bring the teaching and practices of Tibetan 5 Element Tantra to my clients. I believe deeply in the healing power of sexuality, the intersection of spirituality, and in each person’s ability to experience pleasure and enhance healing in their lives through intimacy. I bring compassion, presence, reflection, intuition, and a trauma informed lens to each interaction.
Treatment is tailored to the individual/couple. I use a variety of modalities including Internal Family Systems, polyvagal theory, Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and somatic work. I incorporate education & exercises designed to build connection, bonding, & intimacy.
