Finding a therapist is such a leap of faith. It is one of life's challenges that at a time when you might feel the most vulnerable, you also have the least information about whether someone can help! I try to support that inner flame of resistance and kindness toward yourself in the face of all the challenges. Additional info that might save you some time: At long last, my practice is again open to new clients! I work with adults, my practice is completely fee-for-service, and I am likely to continue to do telehealth-only sessions for the foreseeable future. My licensure covers people in California and in Washington.
