I have several speciality areas, including LGBTQ+, couples and relationships, depression, addiction & recovery, and integrating faith issues with all of these. I believe its all about discovering meaning in life, and your unique place in the world. If you find yourself struggling with your identity or how you fit in a relationship, your family, or community, I'd love to help you untangle that. If you feel pulled under by substance abuse, or the weight of depression, let me join you and see if we can find a light to follow.

For the LGBTQ community, I work through couples' relationship issues, questioning of identity and orientation, coming out and family dynamics, and approaching faith issues when a client chooses. I welcome genderqueer clients, & offer trans support, including WPATH SoC transition (assessment, relationship counseling, partnering with medical pros).

I take a poetic and imaginative approach to therapy. Within the context of evidence-based techniques, I find that our own imaginations are the most effective tool to healing and growth. If you're looking for warm & creative, we may be a good match.
