Imagine a life filled with joy again, life like it used to be. Often this may mean learning skills that can help you deal with depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief/loss, chronic pain or a new medical diagnosis or improve your relationship/marriage. I love working with female clients from 11-40, however I don't limit my practice to this population.
