Hi, and welcome. For over 24 years I've had the privilege of witnessing people gain peace, and improve functioning through the therapeutic process. We've all suffered and spent our lives searching for peace. Peace is often found in those places we've been avoiding or unable to access on our own. Life does have a compass; it's within you, buried under all the programming, conditioning, and trauma. It takes courage, and a willingness to feel uncomfortable while looking at what's driving the suffering. The great news: You can significantly decrease the suffering in your life if you're willing to look directly at it using certain tools.
Carl Jung stated, "The conscious mind allows us to plan, but the unconscious decides our destiny." Most of what drives our thoughts, feelings, and behavior is unconscious to us. One of the primary modalities I utilize is Somatic Inquiry/Experiencing. It has helped me, and my clients in ways that no other modality I've encountered has been able to.
It takes courage to face what's troubling us. I've found that most people are much stronger and wiser than they believe they are; they just need to know where to look and a few tools.
