I incorporate Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an evidence-based approach designed to help the brain process and release distressing memories, images, and sensations that may feel “stuck.” ART can be especially helpful for trauma, anxiety, phobias, grief, and persistent emotional triggers that don’t always shift through traditional talk therapy alone. Using guided eye movements and targeted techniques, ART allows many clients to experience meaningful relief in a brief period of time. My goal is to help you move beyond simply coping and toward feeling lighter, more regulated, and more fully present in your life.
