Great to meet you! Self-care is something I wholeheartedly believe in. I hold a master's degree in counseling psychology and have been helping others since 2009. The fundamental aspect of therapy is helping others to overcome life toughest seasons; addressing issues that may become a stumbling block. Life challenges can eventually lead to mental discomfort. Helping others for many years, I apply different treatment modalities that will assist you in reaching your therapy goals.
As your therapist, my primary goal is to meet you where you are at in order for us to achieve your therapy goals. Meeting you where you are at is allowing you to share deep, and painful circumstances that brought you to therapy.
